Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the founding team on strategic and high-impact projects across product, marketing, and business operations. This is a dynamic role offering hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of building and scaling a startup. You will be at the center of critical decision-making and execution, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain cross-functional experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to drive execution on critical projects across product development, marketing, business operations and strategy.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to generate insights that inform business decisions.

• Assist in defining and tracking key business metrics, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

• Support product teams in feature development, user testing, and refining customer experiences.

• Help create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and support growth initiatives.

• Take on ad hoc projects as needed, including process optimization, automation, and data analysis.
